i found the staff VERY friendly. the building has unique architectural features. the central location was a huge plus for my exploration.
the bar had limited opening days, but it was not a BIG deal.

The hotel's location was great. It was a short walk from both the train station and the town center. breakfast was excellent each morning, with many choices. the calm garden was lovely.
My room lacked proper windows. It had only an opening to the glass roof far above. black mold was visible on the wall. the bathroom also lacked ventilation.

The staff helped book transport to my next destination. I found this very useful. the location was also good. The train station was a short walk away.
my room lacked an elevator. i had to carry my bags up several flights of stairs. the air con barely worked, and the room got uncomfortably hot because it was on the top floor.

The location was great. It was super close to the train station. it was only a few minutes walk away from the town and the beach! i was able to check in early. I appreciated that. the breakfast buffet was a great spread with cooked foods, pastries, fresh fruit, and bread.
My room was small and basic. I found that disappointing. the elevator went to my room on the 3rd floor. the partitions were flimsy, so i could hear neighboring room guests. the toilet was tiny and had a strange smell because the toilet seat was shaky.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the 24-hour reception. i liked the hotel's proximity to the train station. It was only a block away! the breakfast had a great variety. I found many choices.
The room i had faced the street. It was noisy at times. i think some soundproofing would help.

the breakfast buffet included many cooked items pastries and fresh fruit. flavored waters and juice shots were available i found the staff friendly and helpful.
the room was good but it was lovely to have a balcony it was a little too hot during the day
